Mr. Bisnu Pada Maity, the founder President of this Trust, along founded this organization with a special emphasis on art & culture in  the year of 2010. Later it got registered in 2019 as B.M. Fine Art & Culture after the name of the renowned freedom fighter of India Deshapran Birendranath Sasmal whose struggle for India’s freedom always inspired Mr. Maity to serve the poor, the destitute, the needy and the down trodden in India to make them feel real freedom in their life as Bisnu’s village falls in Deshapran Block, the birthplace of the great Indian leader.

But Bisnu came from a poor Bengali family in a village in West Bengal. So he had struggled tremendously for his education since early life when he was merely a pupil of class IX. As a result he had to do various private jobs till he graduated from Vidyasagar University though he could not appear in the final examination of M.A. in Bengali because of work load or pressure in private jobs.

Through his struggled journey till date he has been able to get generous help of some kind hearted people. Without such help it was impossible for him to found this Trust.
